Mumbai, Sep 16 (IANS) Values market was falling forcefully on Friday during the midday exchange because of weighty auction in IT, PSU Banks, Auto stocks following powerless Asian markets on worries of worldwide downturn, sellers said.

At 2.10 p.m., Sensex was down 1050.03 focuses or 1.75 percent at 58,883.98, and Clever was exchanging 326.56 focuses or 1.83 percent lower at 17,550.85.

Mahindra and Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, Ultratech Concrete, TCS, Infosys, Wipro were significant washouts during the midday exchange on Sensex.

Clever IT and BSE IT list were down 2.91 percent and 2.69 percent separately. Clever PSU Bank list was down 2.79 percent and BSE Auto was down 3.25 percent.
